Quality control

Quality control is an important area in many companies.  The people who work in quality control perform different kinds of tests to ensure the identity, purity, and activity of the product(s) the company sells.  The exact tests depend on the product.

Quality control technicians may also test materials that are purchased from different vendors and determine if they meet the company's specifications.
